Wonderful respite for a quick visit! Alongside the property fitting the description perfectly, the host was more than courteous to help in any scenario regarding check in/lodging arrangements! I look forward to heading back down to southwest Texas in the near future!

I booked this stay last minute and it turned into such a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable place to call home for a day.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in Casita 1 and was very pleased on the cleanliness. Your trash is taken out and towel restocked daily. Can’t ask for more. Just remember there is no TV! So enjoy the stars and time together!It was centrally located to both the Big Bend national Park’s trails and to the Big Bend State Park! We had wonderful Mexican dinners at TiVo’s Place. The waitress was very nice and accommodating to my allergies. At Tivo’s, a mom and pop run everything, so if it’s busy please be patience and enjoy the food! The Cottonwood Grocery store has a lot of items to make you comfortable.

Easy check in, Well appointed with usual coffee/water. Bed had nice sheets/pillows very comfortable. Quiet and comfortable. My ONLY complaint was the couch was very hard & lumpy. That being said I would happily return.

very clean and convenient for overnight stayers. No dishes or utensils.

Very nice place and the a.c, works so well. They were very helpful and accommodating to us on Memorial Day. We booked last minute and was burnt out from the heat and sun and riding on a motorcycle all day. Perfect views for the sunrise and sunset as well. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.
