Hotel Diamond Lima

Well placed, close to the historic center. Room ok a little bit noisy above the street the evening.

Breakfast limited and emty at 8am !

Le bruit car les chambres donnent sur la rue mais l'hôtel m'avait réservé une chambre au 6e étage ce qui atténuait bien l'impact.

Decent accommodations for what you’re paying for. We just needed it as a brief stop between getting back into Lima and having to travel back to NYC. Shower pressure and temperature were good.

Our first room upon check-in was not clean (ended up switching rooms): stained pillow cases, popcorn on the chair and floor, hair and dirt in the closet.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The location was great for access to Lima's historic centre, the main square and cathedral.

The hotel door was locked when we arrived (at 15.00) and I had to bang on the glass for several minutes to get someone to open up. When we eventually did get in, the receptionist was more interested in her son's games on the computer than on checking us into our room. The cost was several US$ more than that quoted by booking.com ... the receptionist was very clear it was mis-representation by booking.com and their price was the price. Our shower door was missing and the bathroom flooded every time it was used. Breakfast was awful ... in every way possible.

Struttura vicina a piazza de Armas raggiungibile a piedi in circa 7 minuti, buone proposte per la colazione, staff molto gentile e disponibile!

Le camere non sono insonorizzate e la motte si sentono i rumori della strada (clacson soprattutto)

The staff especially the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. Fiorela was a standout staffer.

Jirón Cuzco where the hotel is located is a busy, noisy boulevard. But it quiets down at night.
