Quartos do Marquês

Bonjour, On a passé 5 jours à Lisbonne. Logement très bien situé dans un quartier calme et très agréable. A proximité de tout, du métro, du centre ville en 20 mn à pied, des commerces (market) et restaurants. Immeuble très sécurisé, un code d'accès en entrant dans la résidence, puis code d'accès pour le logement. Fernando est très disponible et répond rapidement à vos questions. Il vous donne toutes les indications pour venir de l'aéroport au logement. Il n'y a pas de consignes pour laisser ses bagages lorsqu'on prend l'avion en fin de journée, mais Fernando vous laisse la possibilité de les laisser dans le logement, ça c'est vraiment super. Que les sanitaires ne soit pas indépendant de la salle de bain, mais ça on le sait en réservant. Il manque des petites cuillères, et du sopalin.

It was very well located, very spacious, clean and had a nice private bathroom.

It was a bit weird to have the people at the 'marquise' just passing and staying in front of the windows and it wasn't very sound proof so I was waking up when people were arriving in the flat.

My favorite location, I ended up extending and extending. Room and beds are very comfortable and clean. Very easy check in and communication with host. Shared bathroom and kitchen, all clean and tidy.

Can be a bit loud if you have loud neighbors or are sensitive to noise (main door etc) but it didn’t bother me.

Great location, big room, big bed, balcony, very nice personnel.

Walls are a bit thin so I could hear people walking in the apartment while being in my room, but it is happening everywhere in the houses and apartments in Lisbon, so this is ok.
