Zimmer sind ok. Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig. Großes Fenster. Neu renoviertes Bad leider mit uraltem stinkenden Wandfön und ohne Lüftung. Für den Preis ok

I have stayed in this hotel before, and it has always been ok. Nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a bed with clean sheets, a clean toilet and shower, and a good breakfast in a handy location, this will do it. However, I wont go to this place again anytime soon as this time I woke up with the bed full of BEDBUGS. I informed the reception right away and they apologized and asked me to contact the "boss" by email. I did that but never got an answer. I understand that bedbugs are a very common problem also in better hotels, but if this is the way this hotel handles the issue, by not even answering their client, I would not trust that they will sort the issue. Therefore, I would stay away from this hotel!

It was very clean, easy, and nice location. It is in St. George area and 10 minute walk Hamburg- Mitte. The economy room was perfect for 1 person! Had a mini fridge, shower, big window, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof in weinigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
