"Good"

Apartment had been recently refurbished to a good standard excellent shower and all appliances looked new. Good size rooms.

Had problem with ants and cockroach's. Reported to staff who quick response came and cleaned room but did not clear problem. Made our stay very uncomfortable and would not stay there again.

Faciliteterna fungerade bra i lägenheten och i övrigt. Läget är bra. Personalen bra.

Lägenheten spartanskt inredd. Ljuskällorna hemska med bländvitt ljus. Läslampor till sängarna monterade onåbara högt upp på väggen. TV med enbart spanska kanaler, ingen internationell kanal.

"Trato personal y estado de conservación mejorable"

Buen acceso

La desconfianza del personal. Te hacen firmar un documento en el que aceptas que todo está en perfecto estado de revista y si no lo devuelves firmado en menos de 2 horas, serás culpable de cualquier cosa y aceptas que te hagan el cargo correspondiente, pero la realidad es que no son pisos perfectos y tienen muchas pegas como para que se pongan tan esquisitos. Para estar unos días deberían tener cosas básicas de cocina como estropajo, líquido lavavajillas y bolsas de basura. Piso envejecido con marcas y roces en las paredes, puertas y armarios. Cajoneras en mal estado que no abren bien. Zapatero desarmado.
