Short of parking space

De très beau locaux, la piscine roof top est super sympa, l’ambiance y est très agréable.

Mettre à disposition des serviettes de bain et de toilette à disposition avant l’arrivée du client serait préférable. Cela évite de demander chaque jour pour en avoir.

Very basic

I was overcharged and the funds were never returned to me, to this day. The images online are very old, must have been taken when the hotel had just opened. Room wasn't cleaned, just tidied but the staff was persistent about a tip - very uncomfortable.

Location, staff, facilities and food

The roof top swimming is does not have a shade or a net and pigeons keep making the pool dirty

The room was well appointed, the beda comfortable and the bathroom was clean and of a good size.

The swimming pool was not maintained well, it was a home to many pigeons.

Location of this property is good, but staff is not trustworthy.

The staff acted in good faith when I checked in. However, at the time of checkout, they insisted I write a positive review. Which I did but Afterward, they showed me a photo of a chip packet, which I wasn’t sure was in my room. They claimed it was open and payable. I asked if I could have it now as I paid, but they refused to give me or showed me. I couldn’t find the box anywhere, it was only in their phone photo. I feel like they tricked me, as they didn’t mention it until I had already written a review.
