Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Fahrräder waren genug da, um an den Strand zu radeln.

Struttura ordinata e pulita, in aperta campagna, con ampio giardino e piscina. Sotto al porticato vi sono dei tavoli ove è possibile pranzare o fare colazione. Struttura ideale per chi viaggia con il proprio cane. Gli animali sono bene accolti e possono giocare nel giardino. Molto gentile e disponibile la Signora che ci ha accolto, fornendoci inoltre preziose indicazioni su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Great location, quite secluded and very quiet - however beach is accessible by bike in 10 minutes.

The hotel will be very appealing to those who appreciate the aesthetics of architecture, classic interiors, and home comfort. It is perfect for those who do not like noisy, bustling places but still want to be close to the sea and the city. The amenities are particularly noteworthy: - Not too soft and not too hard, very comfortable mattresses and pillows - All necessary dishes and cutlery are available - Induction cooktop - Mosquito nets on the windows - Laundry for self-service - Swimming pool on the hotel grounds - Barbecue equipment - Huge free parking and charging station for electric cars - Many bicycles available for public use, including ones with child seats - Nearby, there is a bike path. The ride to the center and beach takes only 12 minutes This is just what comes to mind right away, there are many more advantages. And of course, I want to say a few words about the hotel owner, Sebastiano. He is a charismatic, very polite, and hospitable person who will give you a lot of helpful advice and recommend the best places, restaurants, and pizzerias, marking them all on a map. We will definitely and with great pleasure return to this hotel again.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was at the highest level.

Excellent location close to busy Caorle, within 5-10 minutes drive to stores, restaurants, and beaches. Property itself has a wonderful history, and is surrounded by actively maintained fields planted with a variety of crops. This setting allows for a relief from the busy tourist center, and is ideal for a relaxing getaway with family. We really appreciated the historical character of the property, with old wood beams, arched porch, and a large common area both indoors and outdoors. The property is eco friendly with solar panels, EV charging station, and recycling.

The only thing that could have been improved was the marking on the main road, where a better signage to designate the access road would have been appreciated. But this is likely regulated by the municipality, so it has nothing to do with the property itself.

Great location, at a comfortable distance from the touristic buzz of Caorle: quiet yet still close to the beach. Very helpful host, charming rural atmosphere and very well kept property. A+ all-around.
