‘You can’t complain with the price’. We asked for a double room, but got a twin room. It is down a dark road and felt unsafe, which turned into a busy road early morning. Unfortunately the staff of the hotel and security staff were sat outside of the hotel until about 4am talking/singing loudly, right below our window. So didn’t have a great sleep. The air con in the room is right beside the pillow on the bed, so it’s loud. The air con remote control didn’t work properly. Only had one pillow which was uncomfortable. The bathroom had damp and didn’t appear clean. The Bathroom towel had a hole in the middle of it. We asked if there was anywhere we could safely leave our bags whilst we checked out. We were told to leave them in foyer area. We arrived hours later the find them still in the foyer area.

No elevator, no coffee shop or eating place, tv not good signal

Due to flight delays my arrival was delayed until 11pm The hotel was closed and all lights off. After numerous attempts to gaiun entrance I gave up and had to stay in a nearby hotel. This was even after emailing the hotel much earlier in the evening advising of late arrival. Dont book this hotel. It shuts down in the evenings

imagine spending 10 nights here with a price equivalent to 2 nights in a 3-4 star hotel in cebu. it has steady wifi connection, airconditioning unit, unlimited drinking water supply, cable TV, clean linens, hot & cold shower (never mind the lacking bidet) 24-hour security, among others. it is really a bargain considering that it is only 5-10 minutes away from colon, the busiest and oldest st in entire cebu. don't expect breakfast, they don't sell food. bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste & toothbrush). they don't provide a steady supply. and for the 10 days i've stayed there, not even once did they tidy up my room nor changed my linens. manage your expectations.

Just OK

I came from a long motorcycle ride and its raining when i arrived at the hotel. So, basically i arrived there bit wet and dump. When i got my room, i used the towel to dry myself. Some dirt that i took from a ride sticked to the towel coz im wet. For that, they charged me for the dirty towel. Im aware of the hotel policy that they will charge you if you will leave a heavy stain . They must sometime considerate. They saw me wearing my motorcycle gear, wet . What they will expect? Im disappointed
