We liked everything, fantastic flat and central 2 transport links , its r second visit here and would recommend this place 2 anyone

The host was very nice on the first day and gave us some welcome treats like bread and milk, and even let us check in a bit earlier than scheduled. The flat has good amenities and is quite spacious — it’s suitable for up to four people, I’d say. For those who don’t like noise, the flat is located on one of the city’s main streets, so sometimes you can hear people talking and cars passing by, but that didn’t bother me — I actually like it. The bed is excellent — it makes you want to stay in it all day. There are cleaning supplies and a washing machine, which is really helpful.

I love the location, easy access to train and bus.

The internet, a bit slow and can only access in a specific part of the house.

A lovely flat and the sun terrace was a added bonus, close 2 everything , I would come back here again and would recommend it highly, we enjoyed r stay here 😁

Location & facilities were excellent.

Instructions to access the property were very vague & misleading. I arrived on a Sunday evening and was unable to enter the property. As a result I had to seek alternative accommodation for the night at a cost of £161. The following morning I spoke with the tenant of the store underneath the flat and he was able to get me in. He did comment that other people had had similar issues. I think this issue needs to be addressed.

The location was great

Not very guest-ready. It wasn’t very clean when we arrived - loads of food debris under the microwave, very dusty. There’s quite a lot of mould in the shower. The Wi-Fi is less than average - no router in the apartment so assuming it’s either the shop downstairs Wi-Fi or next door’s? There’s a plug socket completely pulled off the wall that has stuff plugged into it and switched on - not safe! The heater in the living area doesn’t work, probably because the batteries inside the remote have leaked and solidified. The bed is basically 2 beds badly joined together but one is higher than the other. The washing machine was listed as a washer and dryer but is not a dryer. There’s only 1 bowl so if there’s 2 of you, one needs to have cereal from a Pyrex dish. Outside table and chairs were covered in dirt and cobwebs, had to completely clean them to use, the chairs however, have no backs so highly uncomfortable to sit in. Springs have gone in the sofa so not comfortable either.

Perfect location, everything what you may need is in the apartment, very comfy bed, nice and tidy.

It was a bit confusing how to get to the appointment and the Sykes stuff is more like a bot you can't ask for much help. But except that everything was perfect.
