A lovely old building and close to amenities and food.

Good location and good price. Friendly service. The room had all basic amenities and was larger than some hotels I've stayed in lately.

Older house well maintained and we'll run, convenient location

Not bad prices for a room by yourself, however one washing machine and dryer for the property to use as well as the cleaner was bad, and no kitchen available during my stay was disappointing, single woman traveling by myself I felt quite unsafe at night, lots of unfavourable people around in the nights and it just needs some updating, feels really old and run down

Booked 4 nights into a superior apartment. Quite roomy and clean with single and double bed. Very handy to Perth and rail station. Free bus service City Cat blue stop at stop 6 about 5 minutes walk with IGA on way. The room was adequate and ground floor. Clean and very quite. Although advertised as kitchenette, this consisted of a table with a toaster, jug and micro. Adequate for me. Coffee making facilities advertised but first night no cups, glasses or cutlery in room, though lots of plates. No tea or coffee either. Next morning cleaner rectified on request. Small glitch but enjoyed my stay as value for money and ideal location.

Was very close to HBF stadium as needed and short walk to North bridge or city.

. The rooms are a nice size clean and the property is located in a good area close walk to pubs shops and even a McDonald’s just across the road. The lady who owns the property was very kind and helpful

Room spacious but the floor was filthy. I don't think it had been vacuumed for ages. There were dirty tissues and other items under the bed. Staff were okay but the receptionist was only in attendance morning and evening to collect money. A person called Frances never answers the phone or returns any messages. I believe she is (or was) the owner. Price was okay but was too dirty for me. Would not recommend.

Was very happy with my stay here,single on suite,clean and comfortable,great facilities,my room had air con,fridge,kettle,TV,etc quiet,slept well. Location excellent,near North bridge,and city centre,can take advantage of free transit zone,supermarkets, restaurants nearby, friendly guests,and helpful staff.laundry on site And excellent value for money
