I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza Phuket for two weeks, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel service was absolutely amazing one of a kind. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Tee and his team, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. The food was excellent throughout my stay, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety and quality every day. The reception service was also exceptional smooth, efficient, and very welcoming. What made the experience even better was the hospitality of the people in Thailand. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and made me feel truly at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. It has a classy and chic vibe to it which I loved. The staff were all so nice and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy to reach any attractions in Phuket. They also so kindly helped us with airport pickup and drop-off. Overall really nice experience.
