Nice and snug met our needs, close to the Brecon beacons and Abergavenny.

Wish there was a bit more basics like maybe a pint of milk and washing up liquid.

Beautiful scenery, host was very friendly with great recommendations. Unique accomodation. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Little bit of confusion where skye cottages told us host would greet us and then host was confused as to why we called as key was in door but apart from that was a wonderful stay - would totally recommend.

Location...idyllic...very comfortable and compact...loved every minute of being there

The property was fabulous everything you need in a small space, very comfortable, outside space was extra bonus,although I thought it would benefit from a tidying upgrade, location excellent views great, met Keith who was such a lovely guy, with a lot of local knowledge. Had plenty of wood for the fire pit, looking forward to rebooking ASAP.

Had a lovely stay in the Railway Carriage, it is a cosy hideaway in a tranquil situation, yet under a mile from the pub and shop in the village. The host's father was very friendly and gave some great tips for where to go walking. There are several delightful walks with superb views, that can be done directly from the accommodation. I fell in love with the area and Abergavenny town and will definitely return.

There is limited storage, though adequate for my solo stay of 5 nights. It's worth mentioning that there is no wi-fi and the signal strength isn't very good. Would have been nice to have some basic toiletries and perhaps some kitchen roll and/or tea towels and cloths to save having to go shopping on arrival.

Very cute and cozy, the owners were lovely and very accommodating, lovely outside area for the dog to relax in.

I'd like to start by saying we loved this place but areas where improvement could be done would be on the bathroom door (doesn't close properly) along with the fitting of the doors, gaps that you can see through, also a window that opens would be great.

The property was lovely and clean. We especially liked the views from around the area. Would happily go back again!
