A lovely cosy house. Fantastic location. Kitchen very well equipped

Ability to open the window in the downstairs bathroom would be good. And more cushions for the outside furniture. Otherwise, couldn’t fault it

"Small holiday cottages don't get much better than this."

Everything was great. The cottage is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, with art by Plymouth artist, Michael Hill. Both bedooms are excellent with ensuite facilities. The little secluded (front) garden is very well designed and maintained, and the (rear) terrace provides has a good view and is a little sun-trap. Short walks to both pubs and parking is also very convenient.

A few more knives and forks, perhaps.
