Location is great, right in the middle of everything. Access to the property is also convenient with their being a key code

Really nip picking but there was a few cobwebs in bathrooms which could easily have been dusted.

Great apartment and location.

Fabulous, fabulous location. Could not be better. Very comfortable flat for 2 couples or 1 couple + 2. Well ventilated even in hot weather. Spotlessly clean with a nice TV and good facilities. Lovely scones, clotted cream and milk welcome pack. Hosts Dean and Sian are superb; contactable at any time and very responsive.

Brixham in general struggles for internet bandwidth. I texted Sian to say that we needed reliable WiFi for work and Dean brought in a much better modem a few hours later. "Car parking is included" which means that we bought an 8-day council permit and Dean & Sian reimbursed us the same day. There is a big car park only 5 mins walk away and, for us, it always had at least a few spaces (September) but this does not guarantee a space at peak times.

A wonderful apartment with fantastic views and an excellent location. It had all of the facilities we needed and the owners were always on-hand and helpful.

Everything was brilliant couldn't have asked for a better place to stay . The apartment was a home from home and the location was perfect .

There was no complaints about the place the location it was perfect 👌
