"Great location"

Perfect location and walking distance into town. Hot tub was fab!

Shower requires a clean but cleanliness fine otherwise.

"Great Stay"

The bed was incredibly comfy, we could have stayed in it forever. We both enjoyed the bottle of wine on arrival. The hot tub was a great experience. Facilities were great providing all you'd need for a holiday. The sofa was amazing to relax on. Heated floors in the kitchen, amazing shower, beautiful and clean. Location was amazing with plenty to do on the same street, while equally being close to town for days out. Gaynor was lovely and gave recommendations for us that led to lovely dinners out.

Bedroom light flickers when you first turn it on and that's it

"Clean, well equipped and in a great location the kitchen and hot tub are excellent"

Parking is a bit hit and miss, but over my stay I got a place close to the property and no way diminished my stay

It was easy to find Very clean and well presented The hot tub was Amazing and so private The complimentary bottle of bubbles was an unexpected but more than welcome surprise 😋 Good communication from the hostess regarding recent road works 👍 Close to river and wildlife Close to city center Plenty of amenities within walking distance

This is not a complaint The shower rail is loose The landing light is faulty I’m sure these are just minor faults that have not been reported and I’m 100% certain that Gaynor will be on it immediately as she is the most caring host we have ever encountered 🤩

Perfect location. Very comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Great hot tub. Enjoyed the wine from the host. The issue was having to leave!

A couple of tea bags, coffee pods and a pint of milk would have made this 5 stars. A couple of light bulbs needed replacing. Small details and with that final attention to detail the property would always get 5 stars.

Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bed super comfy, kitchen fantastic plus a lovely bath and then there’s the hot tub too. Host is super attentive.

Didn’t bother me but there is road noise.

Clean and every room smelt nice :) Liked the added Prosecco on arrival and the decorations to suit the festive season.

Would be more convenient (our preference) accessing the property from the garden entrance rather than the front door as one needs to walk on the road to access it
