Loved the room, very comfortable and an amazing balcony with a mountain view. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed

"beautiful area, lovely views, easy access to Keswick and ullswater"

spacious, everything you need to a short break

the hotel had a late check in, weren’t allowed to use the facilities before check in, the restaurant closed at 6 so not much time to eat particularly as check in so late, was then only able to use the pool for half an hour as kids aren’t allowed in after 7

amazing location stunning views close to everything

the bathroom floor of apartment 18 was broken and had lodes of dips in to and the pillows were uncomfortable but that is personal preference
