Location was excellent and a very tidy property

Beds weren't great to be honest not sure if it was uneven floors but felt like you had to cling on so you didn't fall out :-)

Plenty of rooms nicely decorated

Given wrong code for lock box. Sink was spewing out water, reported this but was not fixed, so made use of first floor bathroom impossible. Sykes were helpful as they contacted owners who did nothing.

The place was Dirty & the facilities were none existent, I was charged £50 cleaning fee i had to clean the place myself so they should pay me £50 & £50 for staying there

Cleanliness- contracted cleaners most likely, not cleaning to an acceptable standard e.g floors, doors, appliances, couch Very basic kitchen facilities, lacked appropriate kitchenware, pans damaged couldnt be used! Stair cases very steep very narrow should have built on safety gates for children, door handles dangerous kept trapping finger on 1st floor landing door. Walls, doors, skirting boards chipped and filthy, cracked windows. Poor property for the amount of money, wasn't homely, no home comforts.
