Ivy House Barn

Only twenty minutes from family. Privacy and a small private garden with the property. Very comfy bed and clean linen. The host was very friendly and a lovely person.

The ‘mouldy’ smell in the bathroom. Low ceiling in kitchen and low beams in bedroom. My husband is 6ft 4 in’s and had to stoop in the kitchen and bedroom. Only place he could stand comfortably was the living room with a high ceiling. Ok for a couple of days but he wouldn’t want to stay for longer due to the height restrictions. Perfect for those of average height though.

Quiet location in delightful village. Accommodation was perfect for 2 people , very clean with comfy bed and good wifi. Great local brewery along the road at the windmill - beer there is delicious! Also 2 pubs within easy walking distance.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay!

Maybe some more cooking bits such as oil/herbs but really appreciated the teas, coffees and biscuits!

The secure, private courtyard for the dogs was just perfect. Fully equipped kitchen was great and the living area is beautiful.

The parking is a bit tight, but manageable.

The location wa a great base to visit family in the village

Very good stopover point en route to mates in Suffolk. There was a lovely friendly feel to the village and dining options. We loved the 8 Sail Brewery! The apartment far exceeded our expectations and we'd have loved to stay longer.Our dog was made to feel very welcome too!
