One of the rooms didn't smell good and instead of apologizing for that, we were blamed for the smell despite knowing we just arrived. We decided to stay in one of our friends' rooms. Anyway, I hope they can fix whatever that smell is.

"The door staff where good. I.e the guards and most of the staff were great. It was only disturbing that I had to ask for"

It was nothing like it said and looked in the pictures shown and it was too far away from most amusement’s and locations like the seaside and nightlife had to ask for my room to be cleaned and bedding to be changed. It was over 10 days before I got the bedding changed and I had to ask for it to be done
It’s cleanliness was not always up to standards expected. Unfortunately okay if you wanted to get away from everything but no good if you wasted nightlife and other things…
