Good communication with the host regarding check in

Beautiful property, in a quiet location, close to Conwy castle, local shops, restaurants and harbour. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, everything you would need for a self catering break. Welcoming bottle of Prosecco lovely touch.

Decking in private courtyard at the back of property very slippery. Caution needed at the top of stairs, short bannister rail, (There is a sturdy gate to put across the gap at night). Location not suitable if person has limited mobility, due to property up quite a steep hill.

The location was perfect the bed was ever so comfortable the chocolates were perfect

The toilet is just too small and a struggle and the settee is really hard to sit on also the outside light doesn’t work so was hard for the dog to see and the chair covers outside where soaked so unable to sit outside ( maybe keep them inside or in the bin outside ) other than that it’s a nice place

Internal decor facilities Comfort and very cosy

Location excellent for North Wales coast and Anglesey.. Cosy cottage for 2 adults. Lots of added extras provided. Nice local shops and resy

Street Parking limited but public parking close by. Possible mobility compromise, for some visitors, due to the town's inclined/steep banks.

Self catering

There seemed to be a fault with the key lock box causing us to contact the owner who quickly came to our rescue, She was very helpful and apologetic. I am confidant that the problem will be restored ..

Easy parking

Absolutely beautiful little cottage. Extremely clean and so cosy. Bed was very comfy. Beautifully decorated place and has everything you need. It’s in a great location also.
