Great location close to Mushroom Beach, staff very friendly. Lovely huts with satellite tv and very comfy beds. Pool a bit cleaner

Great welcoming service, very comfortable bed and so handy to some great restaurants and mushroom beach. I was always able to grab a scooter anytime and they arranged for me to go swim with manta rays for $25Australian (250,000rp) really happy with my stay.

Great location BUT too many barking dogs at night. EVERY TIME..Also the place backs onto a taxi area, hence lots of locals music and noise. Only received 2 free bottles if water during our stay. Breakfast very basic. Would we come back...? No

Beautiful villa a short walk from Mushroom Bay. Clean rooms and well maintained property. Simple, but good breakfast provided. Friendly staff. Able to rent motorbike and book tours at the property. Would stay here again.

Room was a nice size and reasonable clean Food in the hotel was pretty good. Staff were friendly and attentive. The place has two pools and fridges in rooms! Overall very happy with our stay!

Overall, the Canda Villas are 'okay'. The place is well kept with nice landscaping and aesthetically pleasing cabins. The interior of the cabins are attractive but there were a few things that lead me to not want to stay there again. As a late middle age person, I prefer to have a better better bathroom than what was available. I didn't realize when I booked my reservation that the bathroom is actually semi open air. There is a door and step down from the bedroom into a 'lean-to' type room with walls and a roof but there are open parts in the wall to the outside. There are no screens on these open areas and so there are an assortment of bugs in the bathroom. It is very, very hot and humid in the bathroom too as there is no a/c airflow in to that space. Bed was covered with mosquito netting and walls of villa were very thin (easy to hear noises from the outside). The breakfast is small but the service is fairly quick. There is a small pool that I did not use but it looks clean and nice. The area of Mushroom Bay is pretty underdeveloped - dirt roads, limited stores with VERY limited food and supply options in the convenient stores (mostly just chips, candy and a small assortment of drinks). The Canda Villas are a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants along the dirt streets (connected to hotels) and on the beachfront. Several dive shops as well. Staff was nice and worked hard to fix our A/C when it broke. Wifi is sufficient.

Decent place to stay, fairly good food which is cheap and has two pools.

We stayed in this lovely place for 5 nights. Rooms are nice and clean and the bed super comfortable. Facilities are well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly. We went in low season so nearly had all amenities for ourselves. Mushroom bay is 2 min walk away, we also rented a motorcycle and then the whole island is in easy reach. We had a great stay and can highly recommend

Stayed here 3 nights. The property is new, so it's clean and the staff are friendly. They are located within a couple of minutes walk to Mushroom beach and close to restaurants and mini-marts. My friend and I did the snorkelling trip with them and had a great time. We also did a tour of the two connecting islands on a motorcycle for IDR 200K/pp and the staff took us to spots where only locals know. Even though their English wasn't great, there were no issues and I feel we connected with them. The villa is great already but if they want to go above and beyond, I would suggest having insect repellants in each room- but to be honest, we were fine without it. I would definitely stay here again.
