GBPerfect place to base yourself to see cornwall. Very reasonably priced. Great communication with owners. Lovely cake, flowers amd Milk on arrival. And some essentials like tea and coffee. Sky Glass and Netflix a bonus. Books and games. Amazing huge bath sheets provided. Comfortable beds. Great to have access to site facilities including pool, bar and restaurant.
Full size bunk beds would be great for taller kids.

Shower wasnt the best (low pressure) but do-able. Not the properties issue but the swimming pool wasn't great condition & ladies changing facilities out of use!
AULocation was central. Three bedrooms. Plenty of quiet space in the house and grounds to use. House was well laid out and plenty of things to use to pass time. Car parking and faclities good. Hosts very welcoming and egar to help, there was even a cake waiting for us on arrival.
The hot water situation was dissapointing. Hot water didn't flow to the kitchen sink or to the first level bathroom. We all needed to shower in the en-suite bathroom. Heating was set and controlled and couldn't be adjusted. double bed in the loft bedroom was very small.

GBLovely quiet location overlooking countryside but only short car ride away from Marizion and Penzance. Living room nice and cosy and well equiped. Modern bathroom and shower room.
Living room felt quite chilly, had to ask owner to turn up heating twice and electric fire heater cut out after 10 mins. Although owner very helpfull and quick to respond, would have preferred if heating could be controlled by ourselves instead of remotely. Please note you need to press boost button in airing cupboard otherwise you will have no hot water. .
