New Hotel

The hotel’s location is excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The reception staff, especially during check-in and check-out, were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel I can recommend to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although there were some issues! Their approach and and approach was very good. Young man at rhe reception swiftly replaced our router for tv that did not work at all. Breakfast was decent.location is excellent if you are looking for a place close to Ilidza.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel with expectations of having an accomodation of such. However, there was a layer of dust on a trash bin in a room. The room was pretty small. The hangers in the closet were cheap wire hangers with edges that can easily damage your clotes. There are edges on the walls that had visible edging corners up to the half of the wall and then nothing. There was 2 of us and only one 0.5l bottle of complementary water awailable. No watter cattle, no complementary coffee, no tea. There was a mini bar with prices for offered drinks that are insanely high for this accomodation. Tv did not work and upon calling the staff they discovered the receiver burned out. And the worst thing, we requested a single queen or king size bed and god one but with two mattresses of different hights. so my spouse and I were sleeping with a 10 cm hight difference in the same bed. On top of everything at the checkout, the device for cards payment did not work, so I had to do a bank transfer to the bank account of the hotel. This is not staff's fault but not having a backup device in anticipation of well known issue with Reiffeissen devices shows poor planning since the payment method was CREDIT CARD. And also calculating price in euros in the middle of Sarajevo for Bosnian nationals was kind of nonsense. There are Daily accomodations in private arrangement that offer much better experience (complementary drunks, coffee, tea, clean and more spacious.
