The staff was friendly and helpful

The condition of the room was dull and depressing, considering the amount charged. Their selling point is river view. But the balcony was covered with bird droppings that you would not want to step outside. The toilets need improvement. There is no separation between shower and toilet, so Water from the shower flows towards the toilet bowl. The corridors to the room are dingy and uninviting
