Hot water not functioning. Aircond in not functioning.. The supposed executive room and its price doesn't match the quality received The room was more like a RM70 to RM100 par rather then RM200 per night.

-Staff is friendly. -Free parking at basement hotel. -Housekeeping room need to inform before 5pm. -Provided Wifi with high speed, water pressure shower is good. -Provided swimming pool.
