La colazione, non amo le macchine industriali che fanno tutto dal cappuccio al caffè amo il cappuccio e il caffè fatto da un addetto con la macchina del caffè anche se comprendo che questo vorrebbe dire avere una persona a ciò dedicata. Migliorerei anche la qualità dei prodotti per offrire un servizio meno commerciale ma più qualitativo questo potrebbe tradursi in un leggero incremento dei prezzi ma a mio avviso ne varrebbe la pena.

Auf dem Bett lag eine schmutzige Tagesdecke. Habe diese entfernt, dann lagen Haare usw.von dieser Decke auf dem Bett. Der Boden war auch nicht sauber. Für eine Nacht war es ok

Excelente ubicacion, fuimos para ver las carreras de Palio, y el hotel está a una cuadra de la plaza donde se realizan. Buen desayuno, y habitación de gran tamaño

La ducha estaba en una bañera de hidromasaje, pero para ingresar o salir no habia sostenes firmes. Faltaria una manija de seguridad en la pared

Lovely hotel in an old building. We had a large bedroom with an outside terrace area. The staff were all outstanding especially Sophie on reception who was very helpful especially as our luggage had not arrived in Italy. The breakfast was excellent and there was a terrace area looking over the garden to have breakfast or a drink in the evening.

The bathroom was large and functional but could be updated as it was a little tired.
