Clean, comfortable with an amazingly attentive staff. They could not do enough to make our stay outstanding. Thank you Suthaiya, Nita, Gita and Pupo(driver). Pick up from port was a nice and thoughtful service. Convenience store is a short walk. Two beautiful and clean pools. Good massage facilities.

A bit remote but that adds to the peaceful quality.

We absolutely loved staying at the resort. Super friendly & welcoming staffs! Special shout out to front desk staffs, Sutaya and Dita, the chef and the masseurs. Honestly everyone is so nice and geninuely made us feel like welcomed at the place. Food is amazing so we stayed in 2 nights to have dinner at the resort. Spa is so convenient to get to and wonderful massages. Amazing pool view overlooking the ocean. Will definitely come back for sure!

Little far from the west side and port. But the staffs are so helpful and accomodating to arrange free port drop off service for us. Some bugs and ants here and there in the bathroom area but didnt bother us much.

Our stay at The Angkal Resort was absolutely fantastic and one of the best experiences on Nusa Penida. The resort is perfectly integrated into nature — the peace, greenery, and views create a true sense of relaxation and privacy. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, whether it’s organizing tours or recommending beaches and restaurants. The food is delicious and fresh, and the breakfast is a real highlight to start the day. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax, enjoy nature, and experience the authentic island atmosphere with excellent service, The Angkal Resort is the perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone!
