"The hotel that stopped me using booking com"

Location was good because it was on D400

Everything! It's not a hotel more a hostel with private bathrooms. My booking was modified, when I'd already paid for it I was told I had to pay again. No one speaks English. Room had dirty air con remote that didn't even work. Bathroom has a small sink with a kitchen tap that if you open too much actually pours water out of the sink onto the floor. Shower is a hose pipe type of stream. The whole 'hotel' stinks of cigarette smoke. We had a small baby but that didn't stop the receptionist from smoking away. Breakfast was simple Turkish with a cat roaming around and flies. All in all disgusting and wouldn't recommend!
