This has the potential to be a very pleasant hotel. The kitchen, the beautiful garden and the pool are all maintained by several members of staff. Unfortunately, our room was in a terrible condition. The bathroom sink was broken and dirty and the toilet was in a disgusting state. Our bedding was torn and filthy and was replaced only after complaining and then we were given an old blanket to sleep under. There clearly isn't a daily, if any, housekeeping service as advertised. When checking out we were presented with two bills, one for breakfasts and one for the room. Only after an hour or so of negotiating, several 'phone calls and a missed pre booked taxi was the matter resolved. Hopefully, those in charge will rectify these many issues.
