Very difficult to find since street name change Upon arrival only one cup in room and no clothes hangers Restaurant not accommodating at all for vegan needs only after repeated requests was give a few slices of onion, tomatoe and cucumber Penalties for early check in and check out ridiculous I’m 69 and check in and out of 100’s closer to 1000 rooms and was never charged for early check in or check out really ridiculous

The bed was big and comfortable

Was disappointed. The bathroom flush and shower was not working, and they didnt do anything about it. Their telephone was also not working, you have to call them via their mobile number to reach the front desk, and no cable channels. There were ants when we arrived in the room.

I really enjoyed the VERY nice staff of the Hotel and the adjoining cafe. I was made to feel welcome. The room was large and the bed comfortable. A wardrobe was available to hang clothes, however, there were no hangers. The Wifi was basically non-existent. This was very frustrating for a week-long stay. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. I had ZERO room housekeeping during my week there except once when I had to personally ask for more towels etc. The AC was quiet and worked very well. I think the Madeline has seen better days.

The promo. But wouldn't pay for the normal price, it will be overpriced otherwise. The staff in the restaurant are friendly.

Not enough good vibe in the hotel. Food are not that tasty. Ordered the spring rolls- it was very chewy. The persian chicken had no flavour at all. I had to keep asking for tomatoes for the breakfast otherwise its dry.. The toilet was blocked. I had to ask them to clean the room otherwise they won't.

We missed the MADELINE HOTEL that got all the preparation from towels,free welcome bottled water. Even the towels now are not that white and soft. Place is good but big improvement is needed.
