"Overall a really nice place, just don’t rely on the host for anything!"

It was clean and close to the bus stop, took 15-20 minutes to the center. Was neat and spacious. Can totally recommend.

The check in entrance seemed to always be unattended. The host was not available despite being told the arrival time.

"Convenient one night stop near the airport"

Not too far off the airport. Free parking. Convenient stop before flying out of Italy. The house has got character.

There is a fan but no AC. There were quite a few mosquitos in the court yard and reception where we sat for a while because the WiFi did not reach our room. No mozzies in the room due to netting in front of window.
