受付の方の対応。　お風呂の清潔さ。お風呂のアメニティが豊富で嬉しかった。以前にルートイン水口に何度か泊まったが、朝食に紅茶はなかった。しかし，今回はたくさんの種類の紅茶があり，ミルクもあり、私はコーヒーを飲まないためそれが嬉しかった。お部屋のテーブルと椅子、エアコンの効き方もよく、快適だった。

部屋のアメニティが，お風呂場のものより質が悪かったこと。冷蔵庫が本当に冷えなかったこと。
