Firstly the host is a godsend before even arriving and meeting her I already knew my stay will be amazing. She is professional, compassionate, very present and available when you need her. On my arrival everything was ready no hassles at all yet I had so many changes due to my flight being cancelled more than once. Every time I communicated my misfortune the host always had a solution. In the apartment I found so many welcome treats, chocolates, croissants etc I felt really appreciated. The room itself is clean, cozy and perfect i loved everything. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower which came very handy. The security staff oh my goodness I really appreciated their kindness and great service. My trip was short I intend to visit again very and take it all in and actually spend some time in the apartment.
