1. Wonderful property with a great host. We had take a studio apartment and it had everything we needed for a good stay. Kitchen was decently equipped and bath had a washing machine. 2. Host is very friendly and helpful arranging all the tours/rides etc as needed 3. Location is good in West Bank area. About 1km walk from the Ferry terminal but closer to the popular sites like Valley of Kings/Queens, Hatshepsut Temple etc 4. Wifi works great and the socialising area on terrace & the ground floor gardens give you a chance to meet other travellers.

1. Location can be a pro & con depending on where u want to go. I'd stay may be 1 or 2 nights to explore around West Bank and then move to the East Bank side as all the transportation options are far from here.

It was very good value. The entire apartment was spacious and clean. It was located near public ferry quay so I can cross over to East Bank with cheap money. It was one of my best experiences in egypt.

Our stay in the western side of Luxor was nothing short of excellent. This property stood out as one of the best we've experienced, offering ample space, comfort, and impeccable cleanliness. One of the standout aspects of this property is its space, making it a truly comfortable and inviting place to stay. The cleanliness and tidiness of the property were commendable, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. While the property is located in a village, which initially proved a bit challenging for our taxi driver to find, it's precisely this peaceful and authentic setting that added to the charm of our stay. The serene ambience of the village and the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood provided a peaceful experience.. The host, Ahmed, deserves special mention for his hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. He helped organise a memorable hot air balloon flight, which was not only enjoyable but also reasonably priced at $40 per person, including transportation to and from the hotel. The property's balcony area was a highlight, offering a spacious and pleasant spot to enjoy tea or meals while taking in the surroundings. It also served as a convenient area for drying clothes, thanks to the provided clothesline. Wifi signal was strong and fast. A noteworthy point that enhanced our stay was the property's accessibility. It is conveniently within walking distance to the main road, known as "Al Maroor." From there, we could easily take a tuk-tuk or any mini-van heading toward the public ferry station, locally known as "العبارة العامة." This short 5-minute journey cost just around 5EGP per person. Boarding the public ferry (5EGP) from there allowed us to reach the eastern side quickly and affordably, making it the best way to traverse the Nile. In contrast, the same trip via taxi on the opposite side would have cost us a considerably higher 200EGP. This accessibility added to the convenience and cost-effectiveness of our...

While our overall experience was highly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, the property's location on the western side of Luxor meant that the journey from Luxor railway station to the property was relatively long, taking around 40-50 minutes by taxi. While this distance added to the tranquillity of the area, it may be a consideration for travellers seeking a more central location. Additionally, one downside of our stay was the number of stairs to get to the third floor with luggage However, the staff's helpfulness in assisting with luggage made this inconvenience manageable. Lastly, while the kitchen was well-equipped with essential utensils, having a microwave would have been a valuable addition to enhance the kitchen's functionality.

Enjoy Luxor is an amazing place to stay. Ahmed upgraded us from a studio apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a bathtub with a shower head (not just a wet room), the A/C worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is super convenient for visiting all the historic sites around Luxor. Ahmed was a fantastic host who drove us around to the Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, Temple of Hatshepsut, Alabaster Factory, and Temple of Karnak all for $35. He kept us safe, helped us obtain groceries, and organized a delicious traditional breakfast for us. He also took us to the airport. What a friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable host!

Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet and private apartment, the flat was exactly like the pics (bed sheets and towels included) wifi and ac are working perfectly as well as the fan, also on the first floor included with the apartment you can enjoy a private space outside. The owner was really nice and he helped us with everything we asked for (trips, food, informations) he waited us and took us to the apartment when we came and till the last day he provided us with all our needs. Definitely recommended!

Cosy property in a calm area within Luxor. Fortunately, the property is very clean and provides you with everything you need e.g. towels and cutlery unlike other properties within the West Bank. If you read a bad review about this property, trust me it’s a lie. The owner is a sweet man who is very approachable and honest.

This man is dangerous and threatened me. Shouting and writing nasty things to me was scary. Turned off the lights and water. It was very scary . I would have gone to the police.
