Niseko Central Condominiums

A great little place for a couple of powder hounds to rest, sleep & shower. Close to everything you need for a wicked ski trip

Modern, well equipt, with excellent staff. They went out of their way several times to help us. Location close enough to walk to Ace and Family lifts

The second bathroom doesn’t have a fan but not a big deal

Modern apartment on two floors. Well furnished. Large enough to accommodate six adults comfortably. Walkable to the Hirafu gondola (see more about this below). Walkable to grocery stores. Close to many restaurants. The management team was very responsive, and they were all native English speakers.

Very few outlets. This is an easy problem to fix: just provide a power strip or two. Also, not enough places to hang towels. A few hooks on doors would solve this problem. Small issue: the refrigerator door opened the wrong way. Another easy fix. Lastly, while the apartment is about as close to the Hirafu gondola as you can get in Hirafu, it's still about a 7-minute (or more) walk uphill in ski boots. I found the distance long enough to be tiring and slightly annoying. There were times when I envied those who arrived at the foot of the gondola by bus. Moreover, skiing back to the apartment on the sidewalk or road is strictly forbidden. In short, the Deep Tracks apartment is not really ski-in, ski-out, but nothing is in Hirafu.
