"Die Stadt ist sehr reizvoll,aber die Unterkunft für mich leider nicht."

Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant hatte wegen Urlaub geschlossen,was aber leider nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wurde im Vorfeld. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in einer Art Industrie-Wohn-Mischgebiet direkt an der Straße,nicht ideal.

Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein(ca.10 Quadratmeter plus ein winziges Bad ohne Fenster und ohne Heizung),letzteres ist eine Zumutung bei Minusgraden im Winter. Es gibt eine Mängelliste,die ich an die Vermieter geschickt habe am Nachmittag des Silvestertages. Darin steht folgendes:defektes Fenster,welches mir beim Öffnen entgegenkam,Schimmel an der Baddecke,fehlende Heizung,abgeplatzte Fliesenfugen sowie eine klumpige Kissenfüllung. Ich habe um Rückzahlung eines Teils der Kosten gebeten,dieses wurde jedoch abgelehnt mit der Begründung,dass über booking.com gebucht wurde und nicht direkt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert darüber und erwarte in irgendeiner Art eine Erstattung.
