"Bad"

Poor breakfast, location is ok but not super close to main attractions

Extremely tiny bathroom and shower curtain doesnt work, water spill everywhere, room is old and tiring and lack of lights. Room facing the road which is extremely noisy Also soundproof is very bad and there is clinking sound from the floor whenever people walking so I was waken up throughout the night by people coming in and out there room

"Okay experience, but won't be returning."

Great location Yeni, the owner was trying her best with customer service skills.

It's expensive for what it is, plus 7% added for card payments. The blankets were too small for the bed. Unfortunately, I booked my Machu Picchu trip with them and it was terribly organized which led to it being stressful- not the point of booking a tour which is generally more expensive than organising it all yourself. They tried to rectify the situation with a free taxi ride to my bus stop, but could have done more.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Easy to find. Cute place.

Room facing the street was loud from traffic but at night it was fine.
