Aufgrund einer Stornierung, angeblich durch Booking. com, waren wir nach einer langen Radtour abends gezwungen uns nach einer anderen Unterkunft umzusehen. Beim Self Check in wurde unsere Buchungsnummer nicht akzeptiert und die Buchung war auch nicht im System des Vermieters. Sehr ärgerlich.

When I arrived, my (confirmed) reservation did not seem to exist so I had to find something else. The guy on the telephone was of no use at all and basically blamed booking.com for everything that had gone wrong. The fact that you're asking me to comment proves again that I did, in fact, have a reservation.

A disaster which I would recommend to none. When you have traveled for a full day, you want to check in, not to find out that there is no reservation and have a useless communication about is.

Das Personal. Man hat nie jemanden erreichen können, egal ob über Telefon, Handy oder E-Mail. Das Problem hatte ich nicht alleine, sondern alle die mit mir zur gleichen Zeit hier Gast waren, hatten das gleiche Problem. Das einchecken. An einem Automaten musste man alle seine Daten noch einmal eingeben, von Name, über Nationalität, bis hin zur Ausweisnummer. Nach dem Bezahlvorgang ist es einfach abgebrochen, Geld wurde abgebucht, aber habe keinen Code bekommen um an meine Karte zu kommen. Zum Glück waren andere Gäste da, die mir den Code geben konnten. Die Gäste die nach mir in der Schlange zum einchecken standen, hatten dann das gleiche Problem.

Room is ok, location too. But checkout is at 10.00 o'clock. And it was raining. So I got my car, put my luggage in the hall and went out to get my car. Returned ant 10.05. Then my card was blocked so I could not enter the hotel. Rang the number and got the owner at the phone. 10 is 10 was his reply, as flexible as a deep frozen rock, with the compasion an feeling of a cold harded stone. Not adding much to how we thing about Germans. Fortunately for me some other guests left the hotel at 10.15 and opened the door for me. All over: clean and good hotel, but the owner needs to learn how to deal with real people.
