Air conditioning wasn't working properly.

Couldn’t recommend enough! We loved our stay here, the staff were beyond friendly and so useful. They even organised a cake as it was my sisters birthday during our stay here. The pool area is lovely to relax at, shower was always hot and the comfiest beds we have stayed in so far. Would absolutely return!

Fantastic location, lovely helpful staff, always with a smile. Just a step over the bridge or 100 metre to the right and you are the thick of the action. Lovely spot. Enjoyed the room with the balcony. Great little pool area. Thank you so much. Will definitely return.

Construction aside creates the noise from 6am. Of course it is temporary

Close to the Night market and the old town, but calm Clean and spacious rooms

The Superiour room had a window, but a wall infront, so not much sunlight in the room. We had a Bahn Mi to go in the morning (which was ok), and they still charged full breakfast price.

The facilities were ammaculate, the staff were fantastic, felt like a homestay we were made so welcome the position to Old Town was great a 2 min walk to everything you would require restaurants, shopping and activities loved it we will be back

Staff was friendly, place was clean.

No smart TV. Toilet door is unable to close and lock
