Old stairs that were breaking off

The beds were comfortable the lounge and kitchen areas were comfortable

The unit was cold,poor heating only tiny heater,which wasn’t enough for a child,the fridge was leaking water,the bathroom was tiny,the front wire screen could not close,had to leave early due to how cold the unit was

It was great for the family and spacious

There was no aircon and with a baby it was very hot to sleep. For 1200 dollars for 6 nights there needs to be comfort with aircon

Close to beach, nice to hear waves at night

Email from agent said we needed code for door, but actually needed to pick up from agent. Agent receptionist was unapologetic and couldn't be bothered attitude. Security door can become stuck appearing locked which is a safety hazard if a fire occurred. The fans only had one speed. Very small hot water service for 3 Adilts & 3 children. Concrete staircase has loose & cracked stairs. Mattress on fold out bed is old & uncomfortable. All pillows are expired (lumpy, flat, no life). Broken glass in glass cupboard. Light fitting in toilet shower is a disgrace (rusty, open to ceiling & filthy)...doubt it would pass accommodation standards. Remote controls without covers (dangerous for children)

No Aircon what place doesn’t have air conditioning ! The rooms were full of dust the fly screen was moldy ! Couldn’t stay there had to book another place
