It was nice close to the train station and town centre

It was a little confusing to find as no sign on building and a little tired in side and heating wasn't on

I loved the location close to the station train and bus and the high street. The host was very helpful via phone allowing me to check in early as I didn't see the check in time.

Very close to the train station

No staff presence and more people in the rooms above than allowed. When informing staff they sent photographic images of other guests and were extremely defensive. Not clean.

Great location only a few minutes from the train station. Easy to find. And great idea of have coded locks on doors. I felt safe.

It was very hot during the night, even with window open. Found it hard to get too sleep.

Dirty, freezing cold, no hot water or heating, horrible smell. Street noise horrendous.
