Friendly staff , great location- ideal place for a solo traveler to see the key historic locations in Kyoto .

The hostel was amazing. The structure and facilities were perfect, everything was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and always available for anything you might need. They checked multiple times during the day, even in the rooms, to make sure everything was okay and if guests needed help. You can really feel that they care about the people staying there.They also have a very well-equipped kitchen, large common spaces, and they offer free coffee, tea, and water all the time, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with a great vibe, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly hostel experience.

The only small issue regarding the facilities was that the baskets/shelves inside the showers could be reinforced a bit more. One shower was not being used because the basket could not hold items properly, and in another shower the basket was still usable but felt very unstable. It’s a minor detail, but improving it would make the bathrooms more practical. Another small inconvenience was that I had requested and was initially confirmed for a lower bunk bed, but in the end I was assigned an upper bunk instead. It was not a huge problem for me, but it would be nice if confirmed bed preferences could always be respected when possible. Last thing (although it does not depend on the hostel itself) was that in my room a group of girls arrived who did not really respect the quiet rules. Because of that, it was almost impossible not to wake up or go to sleep at the same time as them due to the noise. Apart from this, the overall experience was still very positive.

Está en la ubicación perfecta, gusto en Gion. La cama muy cómoda y si eres chica viajando sola lo recomiendo mucho por la habitación solo para chicas.

Nada en absoluta, me encantó todo.
