Bailén Suite en el Centro de Sevilla

The location was really good for us, near the bus link to the airport, walkable to the main tourist attractions in the old town and the Tirana market and area. There was ample eating options and shops & supermarket nearby. The instructions received on access to the property were easy to follow. We got immediate replies on my queries on the property to help us settle in. We felt the property was good value for money.

Location was great! Had all the necessities. Great contact with owners.

AC needs attention.

Lokation was good

There was mold in the bathroom and too much humidity. Also found a cockroach in the room..

excellent location: I really mean this is certainly top location, in the center, and walking distance to big shopping mall, and long distance bus station (armas), and to the cathedral etc. The room is big and all the facilities are working properly

only one point I am not very satisfied with: the key was collected by me from one key box with code. the code is working, however, in order to collect the key, the key box must be opened with one lever. It is very old and the lever did not work properly. It costed me much time on my arrival. At least the owner can put some lubricant there.

The communication with the Alohamundi Bailén team was excellent. Very easy instructions to enter the property. Excellent location for sightseeing, supermarket and bus station to the airport. Nice size apartment. Comfortable. Quiet location (not on main street).

The humidity in the apartment was very high. The dehumidifier did a good job, and we emptied daily. The floor had not been mopped and was not nice to walk on (we dont wear shoes in the house). The rug and sofa were visibly grubby. Surface cleanliness was good, but don't look too closely.

Host was very helpful throughout our stay, providing us with a new hairdryer and assisting with the window locking system. Location is great, in the city centre and close to everything you need.

Bed/mattress was very soft and hurt our backs in the morning. Electricity wasn't strong enough to use a simple hairdryer or kettle.
