"Wir kommen nicht wieder."

Frühstück war gut, Personal im Frühstücksbereich freundlich, im Thermalbereich im Gebäude viel zu laut, Thermalbecken draußen ok, Personal am Empfang müsste dringend geschult werden hinsichtlich Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, hinsichtlich des Umgangs mit ihren "Gästen", in der Summe zufrieden.

Personal am Empfang, Behandlung des "Gastes" - mehr Freundlichkeit, mehr Aufmerksamkeit !

Měli jsme zde úžasné 3 dny pobytu. Krásný, čistý, pohodlný hotel, skvělý a přátelský personál, vynikající snídaně, úžasný hotelový bazén. Moc jsme si pobyt užili a určitě se vrátíme.
