The staff was really helpful and flexible for a late check-in on short notice. They were organized and left us a written note and e-mail with all the instructions. The infrastructure is well kept and the "Charme" is visible at least on the outside.

Found a long hair upon checking in the room. Towels left on the ground have been hung back up without replacing. The staff was not reluctant to hand clean ones over, but cheeky enough to ask how clearly have we left them on the ground. Upon entering the room the A/C was turned off, and the room was quite humid. At least leaving the A/C on on dehumidification mode is the least I expect. This was by far the most expensive hotel we have stayed in Corsica, but the only one that failed so badly on cleanliness and presentation.

Amazing location, beautiful gardens, quiet, and nice room with a very comfortable bed and everything you need. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Personnel fantastique, cadre magnifique et calme absolu. Jacuzzi très agréable. Beaucoup de charme, reposant. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.
