"Bmk house kampala"

I stayed 25 days in February 2018 and it was amazing. The staff are friendly and response very quickly to your request. Laban at reception is very friendly and professional. The location is ideal, five minutes you are in nakawa or kisementi traffic allowing. Will definitely stay there in the future. The apartments won't look out of place in Surrey, England. Excellent all round.

"Good customer care and services"

Our stay at BMK House Apartments was a pleasant one. Very good location with easy access to public transport and near the city. Our 11th Floor apartment had a good view of the city. The staff were always friendly and polite. We were even given an extra bed without extra charge. The apartment was spacious, clean & stylish. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Wonderful experience "

My stay at BMK apartments was very exquisite. I enjoyed the services and the staff were very friendly. The apartments are very cool with a good view. Services at BMK house was top notch I honestly enjoyed my stay. It's just unfortunately I was only there for a week but I will definitely go back next time I return to Kampala. Great experience. Keep it up please.

"Living hell"

This place was very terrible to stay at. Water coming. They would switch of the heater at times you come you tired and you want a hot shower the water is cold. Mixing up of laundry. Staff so slow. You come back after 5 pm room not clean or sometimes you have no towels. One cleaner was so rude. My stay with them was horrible horrible horrible. I will never go there again. But I will say the guy at the reception downstairs he was very friendly.
