The Barn at Strasburg B&B

The Barn is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and snacks were delicious. I loved the porches. This is a perfect place to find peace, rest and renewal. I would highly recommend it to everyone and will be returning soon.

I was never greated the in keeper or the host. Just a text message. Also did not get to enjoy breakfast, other guest were not wearing masks in the common areas which was a little uncomfortable and breakfast in bed was not an option until after i mentioned the wearing of masks to the inn keeper.

It was very quiet and laid back. Love the coziness of the place.

The Barn at Strasburg has been our best B&B yet. The hostess made us feel welcome. The breakfast was awesome, we only needed to eat one other meal for the day. The location is conveniently located to the outlets, Sight-n-Sound, Strasburg Railroad and many other attractions in the area. If you just want some time away to relax, this is also a good place. The landscaping offers a place to sit and relax. We will be staying here again when the next time we visit the area.

HOMEY is how I'd describe this place. My wife and I have been to many B&Bs and we agreed this is top 3 we've ever stayed at. Angie is great and very flexible. We are already planning our next stay!

I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. Everything is clean, comfortable, and Gina is such a good hostess. The breakfast was so good and homemade. Can't wait to go back!

The property was lovely. Private and quaint. The breakfast was delicious.

The physical property was 5 star excellent. The property owner was less than stellar in her personal accommodation towards us. Her breakfast meals were excellent. However, We notified the owner that the reason for our stay was to celebrate my female partner's birthday, and the Inn owner did absolutely NOTHING to make my partner's birthday special at all. The Inn owner also told us she could not accommodate us at normal check in time because she and her family would be on vacation and would not return until at least 8 PM Sunday September 20, 2020... We accepted a delayed check-in time...BUT The Owner would not make ANY concession for our own inconvenience toward us by extending to us a hour or so extra check-out time on the day of departure.... In fact, the owner was quite rude in asking of us if we did not understand the terms of our arrangement so she could enter and clean our room on the day of our departure while we had already vacated our room and were still on the property admiring and taking photos of the grounds... I am not a fan of Bed and Breakfasts but will still give this one a 4 star for physical property.. The owner needs some work...

This was our second stay here. Excellent room with rustic charm and fantastic host! Delicious breakfast. Would stay again, and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect as usual. Gina had to leave early on our last day and gave us the option of either cooking us breakfast and leaving it for us or leaving a $25 certificate for the Speckled Hen. We took the certificate to lighten her load and their breakfast was on par with Gina's. Great great great place to stay!!!!
