La fiesta que había era muy buena y las personas muy amables en especial. Deberían darle un premio a Karina, es la mejor en los eventos y nunca está cansada, siempre tiene energía Dioooos, todos en general muy amables

Los baños tienen problemas, una ducha no funciona muy bien

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, mainly due to how customers are treated. Before booking, I specifically confirmed that luggage storage would cost 5 soles per bag per day. However, when I checked out - with my taxi already waiting - I was suddenly told it would be 10 soles per bag per day and had to pay upfront for the maximum number of days I might be away. Since I am returning earlier, I ended up paying far more than what was originally agreed. Despite this, I was told that no refund would be given for the unused days. There was no willingness to find a fair solution or show any goodwill. The receptionist was unfriendly, and the communication via WhatsApp with Diana felt dismissive and unhelpful. Beyond that, I honestly don’t understand the high ratings. The hostel is overpriced for what it offers: the beds are not comfortable, there are no privacy curtains unless you book a significantly more expensive room, and the bathrooms are small, not very pleasant, and lack basic space to put your things. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

O custo da acomodação privativa é equivalente a um hotel e tive notícias de q o banheiro compartilhado não tinha uma limpeza adequada.
