Gute Lage, sauber, freundlich gestaltet

Trotz schriftlicher Zusage war nach 100 km Anreise mit dem Fahrrad im dem abgelegenen Hotel kein Abendessen möglich. Das war enttäuschend genug, wir hätten dort sonst nicht gebucht. Zuerst wollte man uns gegen 16:30 zum Abendessen tatsächlich in ein nahegelegenes Lokal, das um 18:00 (!) schließt, schicken - erst nach massiver Intervention war man überhaupt bereit nach einer wirklichen Lösung zu suchen, frei nach dem Motto „Selber schuld, haben wir nicht, können wir nicht“ - obwohl der Fehler nachweislich nicht bei uns lag. Am Ende durften wir Pizza bestellen 😩. Trotz umfangreicher Entschuldigungen und Beteuerungen am nächsten Tag: So kann man mit seinen Gästen nicht umgehen, das gehört sich einfach nicht!
