"disappointing from host for the money"

location and views fabulous. close to amenities. superb view of the beach

air conditioning not working so it was beyond uncomfortable engineer came who had been pre booked (so host knew there was an issue) he told me not to use as leaking over hob / kitchen. host said listen to me. use. there's a bucket you can put on the hob!!! no apology. all soap / shower gel / shampoo / conditioner watered down and 2 of the facets hanging off an apology or small refund would have rectified. shouldn't have to ask. so i didn't. paid full price. not cheap!
